The Video Workspace is where title engineering happens. You enter three titles — each from a channel that meets your criteria:

Video Topic: A high-performing title from your primary reference channel. This is your anchor — the thematic foundation every generated title must respect.

Inspiration 1: A viral title from a competition channel in your niche. Same parameter profile, proven performance.

Inspiration 2: A second viral title — from your niche or from a completely different vertical. Cross-pollination is where unexpected hits come from.

Hit "Generate Mixed Titles" and VRM's algorithm breaks these three titles into individual words, then recombines them into every permutation that is semantically coherent, rhetorically sound, and grammatically correct.

The key constraint: depending on your strictness mode, VRM uses only the exact words from your three inputs. No invented words. No AI hallucinations. Every word in your output has a viral track record. That is proof-of-concept vocabulary.

Every AI title generator on the market works the same way: you give it a prompt, it invents a title. The words come from a language model's probability distribution. They sound good. They might even be clever. But they have zero proof of performance.

VRM takes the opposite approach. In No-Invent mode, the algorithm is constrained to use only the exact words from your three input titles. Not synonyms. Not "similar" words. The actual words that appeared in titles that went viral.

Ultra Strict (No-Invent + No Glue Words): Only words from your three titles. No connectors, no fillers, nothing added. The purest form of title recombination.

Strict (No-Invent + Glue Words Allowed): Words from your titles, plus minimal connectors like "the", "about", "in", "by". Grammatically smoother, still zero invented content words.

Exploration Mode (AI Freestyle): The AI can add context, rephrase, and expand. Useful for brainstorming, but no longer proof-of-concept. Clearly labeled as such.

The Channel Criteria panel is your quality gate. Before any title enters the mixing engine, VRM validates whether the source channel meets your defined thresholds.

Set your subscriber ceiling. Set your minimum monthly views. Define how many uploads per week the channel must maintain. Set the maximum channel age. Toggle monetization requirements.

Every parameter has a real-time indicator showing whether your selected inspiration channel passes or fails. No guesswork. No assumptions. If a channel doesn't meet your criteria, VRM tells you before you waste a single mixing run.

Save your criteria as named profiles. Load them per project. Share them across sessions. Developer mode pre-fills test data for quick iterations.

After a mixing run, VRM presents your results as a rated list. Each title carries a percentage score and a color-coded badge indicating its strictness bucket: green for Strict (85–100%), blue for Exploration (65–84%), amber for Experiment (below 65%).
